• Diagnosis without risk: We start every service with a detailed check of your e-shifter at no cost. Fees only apply if a restoration is possible and has been successfully completed. This means we guarantee that you only pay for services actually provided.
• Waterproof Seal: After the restoration, your e-shifter will be carefully sealed to protect it from the elements.
• Gear lubrication: We not only take care of the electronics, but also the lubrication of the gears so that your shifter runs smoothly again.
• Quality with guarantee: We only use high-quality components and tested lubricants to ensure the longevity and performance of your e-shifter.

Process after purchase:

After you have completed your purchase, please send your E-Shifter to our company address. As soon as we receive it, we will begin the restoration. If a restoration is not possible, we will refund the purchase price minus return shipping costs and transaction fees. In the event of a successful restoration, you will receive a one-year warranty on all replaced components.
Please include a note with the order number in the package so that we can assign your order. The shipping costs incurred when completing the order are only for the return shipment.
